Welcome to Pike County Middle School! At PCMS we believe that with proper support and exposure to a variety of ideas and experiences, each child can maximize his or her own unique potential. To that end, we strive to offer our students educational opportunities that allow them to think critically, solve problems, and be ready to face any challenge—in school and out of school.
Would you like to take a trip of a lifetime? This High School is hosting a field trip to Costa Rica for Spring Break of 2019. There will be a parent informational meeting on Tuesday, February, 28th at 6:30 p.m. in the commons. This trip is open to current 7th and 8th grade students. Pike County High, Middle, and Elementary school libraries are hosting a community book drive. We want gently used books for classroom libraries. If you would like to donate a book please drop off or send the book to any of the school’s libraries. The Media Specialist will sort the books and get them to the correct grade level. Our book drive will run from February 10, 2017 through March 10, 2017. We are so excited about this opportunity to expand our selection of quality and engaging literature. Please help us provide good books for our classrooms.
