Our purpose is to prepare our students for college and career challenging them intellectually and developing them into creative problem-solvers. We strive to do this by providing quality instruction for our students and providing them with opportunities to dual enroll through the Griffin Region College and Career Academy. We are excited to announce that we are also providing students with iGAIN during the day to ensure that instructional needs are met.
AP Merit Schools are schools with at least 20 percent of the total student population taking AP exams and at least 50 percent of all AP exams earning scores of 3 or higher.

IMPORTANT DUAL ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:
The deadline to be accepted for MOWR for the 2017-18 school year is May 1.
Students who are planning to dual enroll must have an SAT, ACT or Accuplacer test score in order to be accepted.
Current MOWR students who are planning to dual enroll next year should turn in the MOWR paperwork to their counselor by March 31.

The deadline to be accepted into post-secondary institutions for dual enrollment is May 1. You must apply to the institution and take the appropriate entrance exam (ACT, SAT, ACCUPLACER). Deadlines for entrance tests are rapidly approaching. Visit ACTSTUDENT.ORG or SAT.ORG for testing dates and locations. Please be aware of deadline dates, as students will not be permitted to dual enroll beyond deadline.
