Mrs. Tammy Bell
Tammy Bell grew up in Belton, South Carolina where she attended Belton Honea Path High School. After graduation, she received a softball scholarship and attended college at Lander College in Greenwood, South Carolina. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education in 1986. She began her first teaching assignment in Pike County at Pike County Middle School in 1990. She moved to the High School in 1994 where she coached softball and basketball for many years. After receving her Master's degree in Educational Leadership in 1998, she took on the position of Assistant Principal at Pike County Middle School in 2000 and became principal there in 2002. In 2004, she transferred to the Elementary School as Principal and remained there until January 2013. During that time, she received her Specialist in Educational Leadership. After leaving the Elementary School, Tammy has taken on many roles throughout the district which include: School Nutrition Director, Tribunal Hearing Officer, Director of Safety & Discipline, Pre-K Dierctor, and Ninth Grade Academy Principal. Currently, she is the Pre-K and PCAP Admnistrator, and the Zebulon High School Principal.
