Proof of Residency

Parents/Guardians must provide proof of residency when students are in K, 3rd, 6th, and 9th grade or when there is a question concerning residency.  We will not begin to collect these until the first week of school.

Acceptable Proofs of Residency are current (within 30 days) utility bills (power, propane, phone, water, cable/satellite, trash pickup), notarized lease, and rental agreement. Utility bills need to show your street address as receiving service and may not be over 30 days old. If you live with someone else, and the bills are in their name, they will need to come with you to fill out an Affidavit of Residence, bring two acceptable Proofs of Residence, and provide I.D.

You may send current proof of residency with your child beginning the first week of school.  We will photocopy and give the originals back to your student.  Or, feel free to bring them to the front office when school begins.
